We could not be happier with the communication and instructor. They have a team of teachers who are very flexible to work with. Our son had about 40 hrs learning starting from scratch with us before we began the package drives with an instructor and it was the best path. Having the basics down means the instructor can focus on developing sharper skills before they test. The most important thing I can tell parents is do not wait till you are close to the date you're hoping to be licensed, start early and don't procrastinate 👍

As someone who was nervous behind the wheel, I really appreciated his patience, calm energy, and clear instructions. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense and always stays professional but friendly. He created a relaxed learning environment that helped me feel more confident and in control. He doesn’t just teach you how to pass the test he teaches you how to be a safe and responsible driver for life. Highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive, especially if you’re new, anxious, or just want someone who truly cares about your success. Plus, he’s super respectful and easy to talk to. Giving two stars only because of the instructor Mr. Halter did a phenomenal job, however every interaction with office is horrendous. Can not ever get a hold of anyone via phone or email. Communication is key for any business, however this driving school is only succeeding at driveing parents crazy and customers away! I do not recommend using this company at all. Worst experience ever!!! Update: Yes, unfortunately I had already spent hours calling the office and getting no response, just like the first time we tried to get his permit you couldn't answer the phone so we went to your office surprise you were not there either. Thankfully your landlord was there and it took her to actually call you to get a response. I changed your rating to 1 star as you seem to only respond to Google reviews. I hope you learn to use a phone as well as Google one day
