Paul & Tom have been a lifesaver! I was recommended to Advantage by a friend and Im so thankful they did! I do property management and they have serviced homes and our maintenance facility. Carol in the office is always friendly and efficient at scheduling and fielding questions. I cant say enough good things about this company. My experience with advantage Heating and Cooling was a great one. The warehouse didn't send the furnace I ordered so the company upgraded me at no extra cost. They welcomed and explained any questions I had. Their price was more reasonable than the other bids I got. Paul, Isaiah, Joseph, and Brandon were the crew that came to install my new furnace and AC unit. They worked together like a well oiled machine! They were well prepared, had everything they needed for the job cleaned up the mess and had it finished sooner than I expected. I would certainly recommend Advantage, Heating and Cooling to anyone who needed a new furnace and/ or air conditioning unit.
I highly recommend Advantage Heating and Cooling after my experience with them in October 2025. What stood out initially was the in depth detail I was given on my very first phone call to get an estimate. I did have some numbers ready regarding what I needed and after mentioning those details, their Sales Manager Paul built a few estimates and talked me through them right on the spot. I did shop around other companies and received other estimates but no other company was as initially thorough as Paul and Advantage. Their price was appropriate and after explaining I needed the new furnace installed ASAP, Paul and his team were willing to commit to the job even though it required shifting their schedule around on short notice. They assured me my family would not have to go without heat for another night. That level of customer care really stood out to me. I was a stranger, not an acquaintance or relative, and they went above and beyond for me. The team that installed my new furnace did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous and didn’t have any hesitation about getting down in my crawl space for a difficult install and they did a great job. I will continue to be a customer of Advantage after this great experience hiring them.
Contacted Advantage prior to moving to Colorado Springs for a quote to install a new HVAC system in the home we purchased. Paul Goetsch was very responsive on the phone and put together the quote and scheduled the installation which occurred several days after we moved in. Joseph and Isaiah managed the installation. Paul was there every step of the way with the process as well as follow-up on permits and ensuring our satisfaction. We know we can count on the support of Paul and his colleagues.
