Brought my 1 year old and 3 year old nieces to play in the kid zone, only to find out after walking in to the back room that the back kid zone was closed. The guy at the front desk didn't say anything about it. The 3 year old had fun in the big kid zone climbing area, foam pit and the dress up room. The 1 year old enjoyed the kid zone area that was open. We missed playing in the kitchen area and the smaller climbing. The smaller climbing area was so much fun last time. The toys in the area seemed clean. I enjoyed all the glitter on the tables.

I visited this location around 5:00 p.m. for a birthday party with my children, and what should have been a fun experience turned into a very upsetting situation. A young employee (about 15 years old) falsely accused me of pulling her shirt something I absolutely did not do. I immediately asked the manager to review the surveillance footage, but they refused to show it, did not provide an incident report, and did not call the police. They asked me to leave with no refund. The manager who came with the employee was very rude and unprofessional, yelling at me in front of birthday boy mom, saying, “You pulled my minor employee’s shirt,” without any proof. I stayed calm, asked to see the footage, and waited for almost an hour outside with no refund and no update. I left my contact information and asked them to reach out after reviewing the footage. And I am waiting for an update. This experience was completely unacceptable. I hope corporate management reviews the surveillance video and trains staff to handle situations respectfully and professionally. False accusations and disrespectful treatment should never happen to a paying customer. "I want the truth to come out."

The employees are great at organizing and putting toys back where they belong but it be so much better if they have a sanitizing spray and wipes to wipe down toys and equipment though. Bathroom in the front was nasty, needed to be clean when i was there. The price was not too bad $14 an hour and additional $6 after that. Adults $7 for no jump. My kids definitely had a blasts would recommend.

Once again thank you Unique for helping the kids area stay organized and clean for everyone. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU DO IT!!!! some one give this employee a raise! I brought my 3 year old here today for her birthday, it was just me and her and it was great. Clean, friendly staff, I will say the front was not the ones to tell me if your child has a birthday they get a free slurpee!! But it's OK Unique put me up to Date. Thank you everyone! 😊

My toddler loved it!! I ended up paying for extra hours! This exactly what I’ve been looking for! There is so much for him to do! But there really is now something for all ages after the changes made! Recently did a birthday party here and it turned out great! I would request the bigger room though. Even when just 3 of us were in the small room decorating it felt so small. They supplied cups, plates, utensils, a knife for cutting the cake, and a lighter. The smaller room has 2 tables for eating and two smaller tables for cake and presents. We also were able to put our pizza on these tables. I added more photos for reference. The staff was very friendly and the host was very helpful.
