I have been coming to Aesthetics for many years, as far back as buying my wife’s engagement ring in 2019. I shopped around and ended up here on recommendation of a friend and don’t regret it. The process was smooth and comfortable. Since then I have had other jewelry resized including a class ring that was very difficult to get right in sizing. They were patient and gracious in helping me nail down the correct size after a few times. I’ve always recommended Jimmy and team as an established local business over larger chains. I was looking for a local jeweler to have a custom ring made and I knew that Aesthetics in Jewelry is a well established and reputable business known for quality. I wanted a beautiful ring made with some unconventional materials and what they had made truly exceeded my expectations. I had them also provide a lab created gem (rather than a genuine one) to cut the cost down and you'd never know it - the cut and the brilliance are stunning! In addition to the beautiful, quality work, Linda was very attentive and kind and made the experience extra pleasant. Highly recommend Aesthetics to anyone looking for custom jewelry.
I recently went to resize a ring that was given to me as a gift. The staff was incredibly courteous and conversational. After I found out the cost of the resizing was a bit outside of my price range (especially since it was a gift), a staff member put a clear coil she brought from Amazon on the ring to upsize it free of charge. In hindsight, it was an obvious fix I should have thought of sooner, but I really appreciated that the staff didn’t turn me away after declining the cost of the resizing. Instead, she worked with me and gave me a creative solution to my problem. Fantastic service!
