I absolutely love this urgent care clinic. Every time I come here, I’m treated with so much kindness and care — from the front desk all the way to the back room and the doctors. I never feel judged or uncomfortable in any way, which truly means a lot. The front desk staff is amazing, especially the girl who wears a hijab — she is the sweetest (I never caught her name, sorry boo!). Everyone is welcoming and professional, and the service is always efficient. I’m usually in and out quickly, which I really appreciate. Funny enough, I always seem to get Room 3 — which I find ironic 😂 — but no complaints whatsoever. Every visit, my concerns are addressed, and I always leave feeling taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

My Visit to Urgent Care I had a very pleasant experience with the staff during my visit. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. They flushed my left ear with warm water using a syringe, and some wax pieces came out. The doctor examined my ear afterward and said everything looked good. I mentioned that it still didn’t feel fully open, but I was told it was still wet inside and should feel normal once it dries. I asked if I needed ear drops, but the doctor said they weren’t necessary. After leaving, my ear dried, but I’m still not hearing 100% on the left side — it feels half blocked. There’s no pain, just ongoing discomfort and reduced hearing, so I’ll need to follow up elsewhere to get it fully resolved. The staff was wonderful, but I’m still dealing with the issue after the visit.

Amazing all the way around! It’s Urgent Care and not 7/11 so be patient going in. First time there and the ability to do everything on the phone was hands down the best I ever seen! No more hard to read paperwork to fumble through or leaving your id behind with the front desk person! Minutes after leaving I received a text from CVS close to my house. Staff was professional and seemed to enjoy their job! Very important in this field of work. Will be coming here instead of Concentra! It was a two hour wait there and they wouldn’t let me check in and come back! Not sure if you can do it here but you know exactly where you are in line here which makes it less stressful if someone who has an appointment walks in and be seen before you! Every Urgent Care should follow this model!!

I felt confident before going back to the room. I was so well informed by the doctor. when I told her I have a hard time grasping information sometimes she was more than happy to repeat answers to my questions and make sure that I understood them. She even said to me I did an excellent job describing my symptoms .. I was treated extremely well, and I felt safe while I was there. I was sent my medication to the pharmacy immediately and so I didn't have to wait to get it and when there was a minor hiccup with accessing my aftercare summary via email I called and they answered right away, provided the information I needed to access it no problem.. I am very grateful to you all.
