I was planning to rent a carpet cleaning machine to freshen up my carpets over the weekend, but things turned out even better. I called Affordable Carpet Care this morning to see if I could get my carpet cleaned as soon as possible. Brody arrived at my house within two hours, which was super fast and responsive. We just moved into our new home not long ago, and during the move, my cat had an accident on the only carpeted room. Now that things have calmed down and the cats are settling in, I wanted to get the carpet cleaned right away so the smell didn’t linger and it wouldn’t turn into a bigger issue. The whole room was treated with a special enzyme solution, which is perfect for getting rid of pet stains and odors. After that, they did a thorough steam clean and finished up with deodorizing. Brody was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and worked quickly. I’m really happy with how fresh and clean the carpet looks and smells now. Great service and a smooth experience overall!
