First, I want to say that Guiliana was very kind, professional, and punctual. Customer service was great. As a massage therapist myself for 15 years, I was really looking forward to some relief after our recent move left me feeling stiff and sore. I specifically requested extra focus on my neck and shoulders with medium-to-firm pressure (especially in those areas). Unfortunately, the pressure stayed more on the light-medium side and my neck was barely addressed at all. I kept expecting more focus there, but the session ended without that attention. I left feeling disappointed and still in need of relief, which means I’ll likely need to book another massage elsewhere. EDIT in response: I did not want deep pressure, which is why I opted to not add deep. I wanted medium-firm, but got light-medium. Of the 60 minutes on my "neck back and shoulders" there was barely any work done on my neck. You literally barely touched it. As i said, I'm a very experienced massage therapist and know what you did and did not do. One star removed for trying to gaslight me. I was trying to be nice but now I don't care anymore I'm not trying to compete, I was saying I'm a massage therapist to express that I know what I'm talking about. I was expecting you to do my neck at the end of the massage when I was face up, since it did not happen while I was face down, and you literally did my legs, then said the session was over. How would I know it was about to end? I am not watching a clock. I left feeling worse bc I was so annoyed. And yes everyone's medium is different, but your medium was a joke.
Just WOW, such an amazing massage, I really loved the big comfy blanket, I felt warm amd cozy. Giuliana, took her time and didn't rush any part of the body. The only down part was my session ended lol, I will definitely be back.
I try to have a massage as often as possible for my spinal and knee arthritis with Giuliana, and she has been taking great care of me. I had radiofrequency ablation (spine injections for pain) done a couple months ago and they told me it only works for approximately 75% of the patients that get it. Unfortunately I may not be a part of that 75%, but I felt a lot less pain after having my session with Giuliana. She comes with high marks from me.
Giuliana was amazing and targeted the areas I asked for- plus it was a great discount for first time client! Will definitely be back, already looking forward to it!
I booked a 2 hour massage through the Affordable Massage Company because of the many positive reviews and an amazing 50% off discount for first time clients. Giuliana was fantastic! She was ready right at my appointment time, kind, and gave an excellent massage. She worked out all of my kinks and I felt so much more relaxed and pain free leaving her table. I booked a follow up appointment in person because I knew I would be back. The shared wellness space with other businesses is clean, bright, and welcoming. 10/10 recommend to others!
