If I could give 0 stars I would. Please DO NOT use him!!! He stole our TV and it’s been about 5-6 months and we still have not received it. He’s been ignoring all calls and messages since he got it
Wayne and Jessie were very polite and helpful with our broken tv! They tried very hard to fix it and were friendly. They helped us work with the tv company regarding our warranty. Highly recommend!
So, Wayne called me back initially after leaving my first voicemail. He then said he'll call me back in 30 minutes with a quote. It's been almost a week and nothing. I've called the business number (Wayne's cell phone I'm assuming) over 20 times now and nothing. I even explained how I'm disabled without arms and how difficult it would be for me to bring it in a store, which is why I'm stuck hoping he'll call back or buying a new TV. It's so upsetting that a business can still be around while dealing with potential customers this way.
Wayne did excellent work and got my TV working great. Friendly and courteous service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a tv repair!
We have an outdoor TV that is over 5 years old that I thought was completely shot. I got in contact with Wayne who offered to take a look at it to see if he could fix it. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the replacement part from the manufacturer and saved us close to $3000 by not having to replace the TV. He can work on any appliance in the house and we have already scheduled maintenance/cleaning on our dishwasher drain and washing machine!
