Guy was pretty friendly, but definitely a bad experience. I called and explained that I had a PC with everything installed except the GPU and power supply this being my (first build) for son and just wanted someone knowledgeable to plug it all in. He quoted $65. I dropped it off, and when I called after the agreed time, he said he had to remove the AIO pump because something was installed incorrectly. He then finished and told me the price was double because it was more work than expected—something he never mentioned beforehand. On top of that, the coolers fan ARGB lights he said I installed wrong but he “fixed” still don’t work, so the main reason for charging more wasn’t even fixed. Cable management was subpar as well. Communication is key, and this guy lacks it. And told me even 130 was too cheap should have been 250?!!! plugging in cables for a pc and securing power supply is all that was done!
Have an old HP that is not Windows 11 compatible and I didn't want to give up. Affordable really took care of everything and this old PC zips. I think it needed a new flux capacitor and possibly a dangling participle but either way, what is old is new again and has Windows 11. I'm a very happy camper which is strange because I hate camping.
Our receptionist's computer had issues after a power outage yesterday and needed repairs. As anyone running a full-time business knows, computers play a huge role. We called Lester, and he showed up within an hour, getting us back up and running in about 30 minutes. Fast, reliable, trustworthy, and affordable service. Mr Lester was so cordial, patient and understanding and knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing my daughter's laptop problem, he knew right away just by me describing what was going on with it, and that to me was outstanding he was professional and paid attention to detail and explained things to me in terms that I could understand, he is my go to person for all of me and my families computer needs and inquiries. So I brought a new printer that had little to no directions as to how I should get it up and running in my home office, so that I could continue in serving my real estate clients, but it was not easy to establish such as may have been in the past! Eventually, knowing I had deadlines to meet, I happened on Lester, and the he came to my onsite home office to fix the dilemma for me, even though it was a Saturday. Within minutes he had the new printer up and running, allowing me to work on those papers to meet deadlines for my clients, and I could not have been happier, even though there was still some learning and familiarity with this new machine on my part. Lester is a great printer repair guy and even more so it is especially convenient that he comes out to a cry for repair or fixing even on the weekend. Not only is Lester a great repair guy, he's he also a lovely person too. I know who I will call when I have trifling printer and/or computer situations arise, Lester!
