Over several weeks, when the "difficult decision" was made to kindly dispatch her, they were not pushy, but we're exceedingly kind and caring. Dr. Hall and Petra have provided some of the most ethical and compassionate veterinary care I have received for my animal(s) to date in the Phoenix metro area. Their office staff is equally as exceptional. True to their name, affordable in every sense as well. My critter needed some testing done, and we came back multiple times for vaccines as they recommended giving my girl some time between injections. In doing so, they spared me of any technician fees because we broke the vaccinations into separate visits. For each of these, we were in and out in 15 minutes or less. I made a review a few weeks back, when I thought they were not accepting new patients, when I contacted was able to make an appointment for Bubba, our dog, for a checkup and blood work, Dr Hall was great gave Bubba pain meds, Bubba continued to have issues with his health, he was falling apart, so we made an appointment a few weeks later to put him asleep, his quality of life was terrible. Staff were gracious and loving to us and Bubba. Bubba was a good boy and we miss him. Thanks for your help and support with bubba, best vet care we have ever had for bubba. They even called me back when bubba's remains were available.👍🐕❤️
