Wonderful family run the place. The watchmaker is very knowledgeable on watches and gave me some extremely valuable advice about automatic watches. (If you want to buy an automatic watch make sure it's over $400 because it costs the same amount to get it maintained, might as well get it more expensive with the warranty and everything). Super kind and sweet absolutely check it out.
Took my Omega to Afram Jewelers because it was long overdue for service and was losing about 5 minutes a day, basically auditioning to become a sundial. Sam serviced it and now it’s back to rock-solid precision. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff, and he even finished ahead of schedule (which, unlike my watch before, is rare). Bonus: they’ve got a great jewelry selection too. If you need watch work done right, this is the place to go!
I have only had the very best experience with Afram Jewelers. I’ve brought in several of my grandmother’s watches to get fixed and they’ve been honest with me about which ones are worth fixing. They’ve also cleaned and repaired jewelry for me and have done so with care. Not only are they great at what they do, they are kind and have excellent customer service.
I wish I could give 100 stars instead of only five! I had the best experience with Sam at Afram Jewelers. I took my broken watch to a few places around town and no one was able to figure out what was wrong with it. Sam diagnosed it right away and offered a solution on the spot. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. It only took a few days for it to be fixed, and when I received it back, it was shiny, clean and looked brand new. I will never go to another jeweler after meeting Sam. I'm so glad I found Afram and I will be back very soon!
Came in the other day, 20 minutes before closing, to try and fix a scuff on the crystal of my favorite watch. Other jewelers had told me it was unfixable (sapphire crystal), but got it fixed here and it’s like it never happened. Highly recommend their services.
