Wow, this place is litty! The food, the vibe and the DJ was on fire all night. Andres, the manager/waiter was soo nice and engaging. You can tell he loves what he does. Parking was easy and prices wasn't bad. The decor was breathtaking too. I recommend bringing cash because they have a service fee of 3% plus tax. Will be back for Valentine's Day!
Christmas decorations and Speakeasy is a must. Parking next door . Restaurants has several floors and good space to accommodate large parties. Food and drinks were good.
We visited Agave María in Belleville to celebrate a friend’s birthday and chose the 3rd floor, which offers a great atmosphere for groups—perfect for sharing, talking, and having a good time. The DJ was excellent, and the music really added to the overall vibe of the night. I definitely recommend calling ahead if you’re looking for a specific atmosphere or planning a group celebration. The birria tacos were outstanding, full of flavor and easily one of the best dishes we had. The food overall was excellent. That said, the service needs significant improvement. There were no water refills, and when dessert was served, we had to eat it with knives because no spoons were provided. These details took away from what could have been a great experience. In summary, great food and atmosphere, but the service still has a lot of room for improvement.
I brought my sister here to celebrate her 30th birthday, and our server, Juliana, was outstanding. She was incredibly attentive and made sure all of our needs were met without us ever having to ask. She consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect and clearly takes great pride in her work. I truly appreciate the care and effort she put into making my sister’s birthday such a memorable and special experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant again and again. The service was exceptional, A+ and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much to Juliana for providing such amazing customer service. This is exactly what great service looks like.
We had a wonderful experience! When we mentioned someone in our group had a hearing sensitivity, the staff immediately accommodated us with a quieter table upstairs, which was such a thoughtful suggestion from the hostess. The Halloween decor was fantastic, the drinks were great, and the appetizers (chicken flautas + steak & chicken nachos) were delicious. I’m not usually a guac person, but theirs won me over! We splurged on the churrasco steak and it was absolutely worth it. It was tender, flavorful, and the chimichurri was perfection. Even the side salad was impressive, which says a lot coming from someone who rarely eats salad! The only miss for me was the tres leches cake, which was a little too dry (how is tres leches dry?) I agree it was a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back!
