I first met Chris when I required advice on the transfer of a pension for me. From the moment that we first spoke, in late 2017, his approach to and the facilitating of the transfer, was extremely smooth and expeditious, giving me the result that I needed. He is very approachable and exceptionally knowledgeable in the financial matters that affect me and producing a long-term financial plan for me and my family. Throughout the many meetings that we have had since, he has explained everything in layman’s terms, and any consequences associated with such a decision. The decisions that have been made have been efficient and profitable. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Chris, and the team at Agile, to anyone needing financial and pension advice, and I am very happy that he is on my side!

Having been made redundant during Covid times, I wondered whether my wife and I could afford to retire early or needed to look for another position in my late fifties. We wanted to look at our options as we near retirement but being honest (and very risk averse ) we were sceptical about taking financial advice as we didnt need someone telling us no risk no gain, we preferred to leave our money in the bank where it was safe. However after a recommendation from a friend we contacted Agile for a free chat - nothing to loose there. Well it turned out we had everything to gain. Cindy. Chris and the whole team have been fantastic. Cindy listened to our concerns and then drew up a plan for us which we we were comfortable with but made our money work for us. We are now on track to make our retirement a reality much earlier than we thought we could afford. Our appointments have all been arranged to fit around our work schedules meaning Cindy and Chris have worked late. The software used is very visual making things easy to follow and provides 24 /7 access to their portal. Documents are clear and informative. When we have had a question [and there have been many!] Cindy and Chris have been available to respond. We were so happy with the service and advise we went onto use Agile for our wills and probate service. We have no reservations recommending Agile.
