The cleaning itself was good. Management leaves a bit to be desired. They asked me at least 5 times where heard about them. They asked me twice if I planned to pay for the service. (really?) They scheduled a consult for an afternoon, asked me if I could take a morning consult instead and I said yes. However, the tech wasn’t here until the afternoon. The technician was really nice and he was honest, but the company itself needs some work.

The tech who did the work for me was Dante. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a complete estimate upfront and explained the options clearly and concisely. He worked quickly and was thorough. I had him give me the vent covers so I could clean them too and he thought that was a great idea. The entire experience was positive. I will recommend him and your company to friends and fsmily.

I had an amazing experience with AirPro UT! I booked them for air duct cleaning in our house in millcreek and from start to finish everything was smooth, professional, and honest. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The initial bid for the fireplace repair and cleaning was already overpriced, but the final cost was even higher due to a complete failure in communication. Despite my specific request for a fire arrestor from the very beginning, the crew did not include it in the initial repair plan. This meant they had to re-order the part, which was also overpriced, leading to an extra service visit and a bloated final bill. The quality of the work was poor. While the mortar was fixed, they left a significant mess on my roof and the job on the chimney stack looked sloppy and unprofessional. To top it off, when they tried to clean the roof, they used my personal push broom and a hose, scraping the rock texture off my shingles and leaving a trail of debris all over my patio furniture. Their scheduling was also a mess. They failed to stick to their original timeline due to a lack of supplies and even showed up unannounced on a different day than we had scheduled. Overall, I am completely unsatisfied with the service, communication, and quality of work. I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to look elsewhere.
