Alan came out the same day I called which was fantastic. He was very respectful and explained each step along the way as he went. This was greatly appreciated. Alan repaired a contactor, fuse and installed 2 surge protectors. I recommend anyone who uses this company to sign up for their maintenance plan. They service your unit twice a year.
I contacted Air star for a third opinion on my furdown ac unit. Air star quickly sent out a tech Alan. Alan was punctual and professional. Alan was concerned with my issue and he was very good with asking specific questions in terms of needs and how I wanted to address my concerns. Alan efficiently diagnosed my ac unit and the needs and concerns I had he gave me a very fair quote immediately and had all the tools readily available to perform the work needed. This is Paul Kim, leaving another review for Air Star Now. Myles recently reached for the fall maintenance check up ( included with the membership ). He came yesterday & discovered what needs to be repaired & preventive installation. He was respectful. Luis & Jose just came by today and completed the job. We will see the result in the future, but I am sure they did a good job and we will see the long term benefit. I just wanted to say that the employees (Myles, Luis, and Jose) here are very professional and respectful, which I appreciate. Thank you for your professional service and respectful behavior in my house. I feel more trust in this company. Anyone seeing this review, I recommend getting a membership with this company. The repair & preventive installation ( switch & surge protector) were an unexpected expense for us, but I got a discount with the membership and they offered a payment plan, which helped me to afford the service. It's a good company.
