This company always outperforms with efficiency, friendliness and a cooperative spirit. The office staff is helpful and the field technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient to explain the status of complex heating and air-conditioning systems. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have installed a central air system in one of our rental house and a split system in a rental duplex property. James was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. He showed me the actual parts that were the issue rather than just having you take his word for it. He was early and had our furnace fixed in no time. I would recommend anyone use Aire Serv for any issues with their home!
I’d like to give them a five star but I don’t feel like I’ve resolved all of my issues yet. There were some issues with the installation. They made a recent attempt to repair the issue, i will have to wait and see if it holds up this time. update: I have had them come out 5 times to resolve the issue at hand. In short, last summer my a/c unit went out. They sent a rep and explained that I needed an outdoor unit and that my furnace was only a few years old at the time, so it wasn't necessary. I asked if all we did was the outdoor unit, would it resolve the issue with my kids' rooms not getting cold. The salesman told me that I needed a bigger furnace that would push more air. I asked if there were issues with the duct and they said it all looked good and insulation was more than sufficient, and the furnace would fix my issue. one year later and 5 failed attempts my kid's rooms still are much warmer than the rest of the house, the owner agreed that I need new duct work. I explained that his salesman sold me a furnace to correct my issue when all I needed was an outdoor unit and duct work that would have been almost 4000$ cheaper. His response was that the salesman no longer works there implying he had issues with this salesman already. Then instead of coming to me directly he sent a technician in to tell me that they would have to charge me for the duct work. This is unethical and cowardly John Russel, you should do what's right. I don't know who all out there has 10,000 dollars just laying around, but I don't. They took advantage of a stressful situation and totally sold me false hope and did not deliver on their promise.
Awesome!! They are honest on time and reliable. I will use them for all of my heating and AC needs going forward. They explained everything in great detail and sent a picture of the technician that was on the way as well as pictures of what the problem was. Finally, a great locally owned company that is fair and honest in their pricing.
