I tried finger printing elsewhere and there were always issues. The experience with Aisha was the opposite - easy, smooth, quick. Highly recommend!! Booking experience online is also super simple.
I have been incredibly patient (8 months) in hopes that Aisha will rectify the tax issue that came from not having enough information provided from a return SHE amdended. Unfortunately, communication has been non-existent; I have exhausted email, text, and VM. If I get a reply, it’s to tell me she will give me a call after a client; however, it's a lie. I’m not in the business of leaving reviews, but this has been the WORST experience regarding taxes. This process is a lot of drudgery, and now I have to start over with another professional to clean up the previous mess that was never resolved and current. I’ve asked to get a return of my money spent on the amended return that was not fixed correctly per IRS so I can move on from this bad experience, but there is nothing. If you're reading this, please process a refund.

They are the best! They care for their clients and very good customer service. I went there for live scan fingerprinting, and I was lost confused to find the place. By time I got into the building and asked, it was only one minute to the closing time. I called her she responded professionally and understood and she came down (which it was after 12:00pm closing time) , and took me in, helped me professionally and patiently. I highly recommend Aisha's Mobile Notary, LLC.
