I have never dealt with anyone this incompetent and irresponsible. I saw Manual on 11/01/2025 and paid 50% deposit. He was going to come in 5 days to pick up my sofas and finish the job in another 5 days. I followed up twice. He did not respond to my 1st text message. He is "busy." I had to send another text message and he finally came on the 11th. Manual was going to bring cushion sample and forgot. I told him that was ok. I did not want any delays, and I could stop by that Saturday to pick one. I went in on the 13th to pick the cushion and ordered curtains. Manuel told me will have all work completed, sofas and curtains, by the following Friday or Saturday, 11/20/2025. I did not hear anything so I sent text mssg on the 21st. I waited until 11/23, still no response. I lost all my trust. Manuel had my $2707 deposit and my CustomMade sofas that is worth $5K. I sent text mssg telling him I would file Police report for theft if I did not have my sofas by 6 pm that day. My sofas were delivered at 5:54 pm, no curtains. I did not notice that day that one of the sofas had a defect. Manual was apologetic when he came so I forgave and put the experience behind. We discussed curtains. I was told by both Manuel and David, the fabric for curtains would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I was promised the curtains by 11/20, they did not even have the fabric. Curtains finally were delivered on 01/23, Friday. Sofas have covers with poor stitch work quality. I asked for them to make sure the stitches on the curtains have good quality work done. I also gave them the size of the curtains 3 times, 96 inch length. 4 Curtains were delivered, nice work done on stitches. 2 of them have 94 inch length. I sent mssg to David that Monday asking for left over fabric, this time, I could fix it myself. He checked my text mssg right away, did not bother to respond. At this point, I am just done with these people. I also blocked their numbers because David tend to send text message after 10 pm. They are busy and tired but we are not. They think it's ok to send text message to the customer at 10:30 PM. I have one defective sofa, 2 short ruined curtains, and 3 piece sofa cushion covers with sloppy stitches. This is what I got for almost $8K. I believe these 5 star reviews are fake. Run to the opposite direction.
I have gone to many different places to possible get my couch fixed, and many have them never answered, were too expensive, and not as actively notifing me when needed. This company has gone far and beyond; they answered me in the first call, took my order the first day, and delivered it at a reasonable time. I would highly recommend! Thank you!!
I had some jet ski seats recovered. He did them at a remarkable price and went above and beyond they look wonderful. I am very pleased. Thank you.

Manuel did an amazing job on my couch, love seat and chairs! I was trying to find a place that was open on a Sunday & he was! Amazing! Then I asked would they pick it up in an hour and they did on a Sunday! And he delivered on the day they said they would! Great communication! Great price! Great turnaround time! I would recommend to everyone!
