My husband recently brought my (impossibly) tangled necklace in, hoping that we’d have some luck getting it fixed. Not only did they get the necklace untangled, they stayed late and made my husband feel comfortable while he waited. My husband came home with not only a fixed necklace (that gave such relief as the piece was sentimental to me), but was also left impressed with the store and the staff. And now after he’s described some of the pieces he saw, I’m sure we’ll be back so I can see them in person!!!
I got my fiance's engagement ring from Alchemy and I don't think the experience could have gone any better. Gina worked with us every step of the way and she was so passionate, helpful, and educational throughout the entire process. Her communication was next level as well. After shopping around at a couple of places it was quickly evident that I wanted to do business with Alchemy and Gina. My fiance and I are thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience designing a custom engagement ring! Turned out even better than I could have imagined! Gina communicated everything every step of the way down to the tiniest details. My now fiancé is absolutely in love with it and will be back for jewelry in the future!
I initially accompanied my niece and fiancé to look for a wedding band. While I was there I asked if they could make my wedding band bigger, must’ve gained weight from 17 years ago😂. Not only did they size it up, they polished it and made it look better than the day I got married! Gina and Sarah were so attentive to our needs and communicated flawlessly. Oh and my niece purchased a gorgeous wedding band as well! Highly recommend if you are in need of not only a high quality jeweler, but excellent customer service as well!
Sander and the jeweler who did the sizing for our rings were super kind, offered professional service, and are very knowledgeable. I am not a ring wearer but I recently got married and they sized my wifes rings and my wedding band. I did notice my wedding ring was slightly too tight when I contacted them they asked me if I was wanted to come in at that moment. Which I love and they sized it correctly the 2nd time on spot in a few minutes for no extra charge. I highly recommend Alchemy.
