To say that I was happy with Alexa Kritis Events is an understatement. From our first phone call I knew she was a good fit for what I envisioned for my wedding day. Her dedication to her craft is truly amazing! You can absolutely tell not only does she love what she does, but she goes above and beyond to make your day special. She made myself and my partner feel at such peace knowing all of the details were being handled with such care. After working with her for over 20 months on my wedding day and getting to know her as a person…. I can say without hesitation she is the perfect person to give you the “best day ever!” Not only is she wonderful but she has a phenomenal team behind her. I can not say thank you enough for all of your hard work! Thank you for making all my dreams come true!
It’s honestly hard to put into words just how incredible Alexa is. No amount of gratitude could ever capture how thankful I am for everything she did to make our wedding day a dream. From the very beginning, I told her, " Alexa, I trust you. Plan my wedding." And what she delivered was not only magical—it was a hundred times more than I ever could have imagined. I was completely speechless the day of our wedding. Every single detail, every moment, every element was absolute perfection. Trusting her was hands down the best decision I could have made. I feel truly blessed to have had her by my side during such a special time in my life. She made me feel like a queen on one of the most meaningful days I’ll ever live—and that feeling will stay with me forever! And it wasn’t just Alexa.... her entire team was phenomenal. Each person was kind, present, thoughtful, and so hands-on. They made sure not only that every detail was perfect, but that every guest felt cared for. The entire day ran so smoothly, I felt like I was living in a fairytale. I wish I could live that day everyday over and over it was so perfect. Alexa handled everything—from managing RSVPs, selecting the flowers, designing every piece of décor, and even down to the cigar packaging. I didn’t lift a finger. I got to fully enjoy my engagement without the stress that usually comes with planning a wedding. She took care of it all—and she did it with so much grace, precision, and heart. She exceeded every expectation in ways I didn’t even know were possible. Her creativity, professionalism, calm energy, and ability to bring a vision to life are unmatched. Every single part of the wedding—from the first conversation to the final sendoff—was flawless. It was beyond perfection. If you’re considering working with her, let me just say: do it!!!!! DO IT!!! You will not regret it for a single second. She is truly one of a kind, and I will forever be grateful for her and her incredible team. (Though I won’t lie—I will be a little jealous you get to talk to her every day now... one thing I will miss the most;) Thank you, Alexa, for everything!
Alexa knocked it out of the park planning our welcome pool party and reception. Not only is she organized and a great communicator, she also has the vision to help bring an event to life- our amazing disco ball-filled dancefloor was her idea. When hurricanes forced us to reschedule our wedding, Alexa was on top of every detail and worked fast to help us figure out a backup plan with a new date. Her focus and attention to detail make you feel like you're her only client. She's the best!
Alexa saved our wedding! After a bad experience with a different wedding planner, Alexa and her team at AK Events swooped in to save our day. She worked tirelessly on our behalf to make our wedding day an absolute dream. She answered our questions before we even asked them and never hesitated to take action and come up with creative solutions to our needs. She always listened to us and made us feel heard, understood and important. On our wedding day, we felt like celebrities! Alexa and her team took care of everything and my husband and I, our families and wedding party didn’t have to lift a finger. We had absolutely no stress on our wedding day thanks to Alexa’s thorough planning and attention to detail. Alexa and her team were a delight to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone!
It’s difficult to find the words of gratitude we have for Alexa and her team! We originally hired Alexa to help us with our venue search after looking tirelessly and not finding anything, she came along and put together a solid list of contenders and had so much knowledge about each venue to bring to the table. We found the perfect venue and realized we didn’t want to keep planning unless Alexa was with us every step of the way. My husband and I are complete opposites when it comes to taste but Alexa helped us prioritize what really mattered and found a perfect compromise for everything. My absolute favorite thing about Alexa was her intuition and excitement for our vision. I had about 1000 pictures of what I wanted but they were all so different. I’m pretty sure nothing I said actually made sense to anyone except Alexa. She took everything we wanted (despite it all being so opposite) and made it into the most beautiful day of our lives. The wedding day went perfectly, and without a hitch thanks to the incredible team. Overall, if you’re looking for a planner that makes you feel understood, comfortable, and not absolutely insane while planning your wedding - Alexa is the most amazing wedding planner you could ever ask for.
