Please do NOT use this company. We had a confirmed delivery/take down appointment scheduled but Adam flaked less than 30 minutes before delivery on the day of our appointment. He gave us nothing but excuses knowing he wasn’t ever planning on delivering for my son’s 5th birthday. We were left high and dry on a beautiful day. Again, please don’t be as disappointed as we were with this company’s lack of professionalism or lack of planning despite confirming. You’ve been warned!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AND ADAM SHAPIRO. If I could leave a negative score I would. Horrible company - Adam cancelled 30 mins prior to when he was supposed to show up. Even though I confirmed with him the week prior. Initially blamed the weather (even though I reassured him it was fine where the party was located) then said he had a cast in his arm and could not load the slide in his truck. Sent me an email that he was cancelling then would not respond to my 2 emails requesting he call me. My husband finally was able to get ahold of him and all he had was one excuse after another. Who does that for a 5 years old Birthday party! Shame on you Mr. Shapiro.
I recently had the pleasure of working with All Around Inflatables for my child's birthday party, and I can't say enough good things about them! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless. First and foremost, Adam, the owner, is a true professional. From our initial inquiry, he was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions, provided excellent recommendations based on our needs, and made the entire booking process a breeze. His dedication to customer service is evident in every interaction. The inflatables themselves were fantastic! We rented a large bounce house and an obstacle course, and both were in pristine condition. The kids (and even some adults!) had an absolute blast. It's clear that All Around Inflatables takes great pride in maintaining their equipment to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. On the day of the event, Adam and his team arrived promptly and handled the setup with impressive efficiency. They made sure everything was securely anchored and took the time to go over safety instructions with us. The level of care and attention to detail was truly appreciated. Throughout the event, Adam checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied. It's rare to find such dedication to ensuring a positive experience for customers, and it really set All Around Inflatables apart. Overall, I highly recommend All Around Inflatables to anyone looking to add some fun to their event. Adam and his team went above and beyond to make our party a memorable one, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Five stars all the way!
I called to reserve an inflatable on 5/30/23. After inquiring about all of the details I reserved the "Tropical Slide & Bounce House" for June 25th. I was told they set up by 10am and tear down by 8pm, I supply the garden hose they supply the electrical cord and it's $50 extra to use it wet due to the clean up ($300 total). He asked if I'd like to reserve the inflatable for that day after checking that the one I wanted was in fact available. I indicated I'd like to reserve the inflatable and he took my name, address, and number down. I then asked if I get a confirmation number and he said no, they just call me when they're on their way. I asked if I need to put a deposit down and he said no, we pay day of. Well day of came for my little girl's 2nd birthday and NO bounce house at 10am. I called and he said he needed to get set up and he'd call once he's on his way. 12pm came and my party had begun with no entertainment for the kids. I called again and he proceeded to tell me how he doesn't have me down for a rental and has no recollection of our conversation on 5/30. No apology for his poor business practices just a "well I can't help you today." It is not my fault as a customer that he didn't do what he needed to do on his end of the reservation and forgot. Now mind you he didn't even have the decency to call and let me know he had no intention of showing up after pretending he was coming at 10am but in reality he didn't know who I was or why I was calling because he lost my reservation. I should've ran when there was no confirmation number, email, or deposit required when I reserved the inflatable. Spend the extra money and go with a quality company who actually takes note of their rentals and doesn't blame the customer when they screw up. Apparently I only imaginged renting an inflatable...
I think these pictures speak for themselves! My twins both agreed this was their favorite birthday. Thank you All Around Inflatables, for helping my kids agree and have fun together! We will definitely be using you again in the future!!
