Charges for maintenance requests and charges outrageous amounts after move out. Watch out and make sure to cover yourself. We took videos when we received the property and left it in better shape and still got taken advantage of after move out. $250 charge for 1 set of curtain rod holes in our son’s room, $225 for paint (that was already messed up). $275 for a general interior clean when it was not needed. They refused to change the hotel string locks on exterior doors even after they were told it was against fire code. Staff is snappy when bringing concerns.
Working with All County Property management team has been a great experience. They were easy to reach, quick to communicate and very flexible throughout the process. Our realtor, Tamara Williams, was phenomenal - she went out her way to accommodate us, show us the property and answer all of our questions. Overall, a great property management company to work with!
Hector and crew did a great job on a roof replacement. From start to finish, it was a pleasure. Quality work at a fair price. Even the cleanup was exceptional.
