I have no idea with I spoke, but she was tremendous. We have family that recently moved to the area and are staying in a temporary place until they find a home. I wanted to make sure they had a nice welcome basket with food, water, snack, wine, etc after very long travel. All The Buzz nailed it. The customization of the basket was tremendous. After I explained the situation of the move and the structure of the family, the woman who took my order added all the local and personal touches to make it just perfect. Our family received the basket today and were reduced to tears from how thoughtful and personalized everything was. I love this place. This was outstanding customer service. I highly recommend All The Buzz to anyone interested in sending a gift basket to anyone for any reason.
