I’m a property manager, and Allen’s Plumbing is my go to plumbing company. They are consistently responsive, quick, and friendly. When I call in a repair early in the morning, they are often able to send someone out the same day. I’ve worked with many plumbing companies, and Allen’s pricing is hard to beat. Most recently, Davin assisted with a plumbing repair and was extremely professional. He clearly explained the issue, walked me through my options, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. Thank you Allen’s plumbing for making my job easier by being amazing!
We had a great experience with Allens Plumbing. Scheduling online was easy, and the dispatch team kept me informed of schedule changes. Daniel and Davin, our plumbers, worked extremely hard on our emergency, very difficult problem and didn't give up. We really appreciate their hard work. Highly recommend!

We noticed indications of clogged drain pipe on Monday night, 11/24. Called Allens Plumbing on Tue. morning and they managed to get tech to me in late afternoon. He confirmed a drain issue and removed the master toilet to run a snake from there. He managed to get the flow going and also checked the pipe with a camera. Show me a section in the pipe water was still present, which indicated that section was not straight and had dip. This would be an expensive repair if we decided to get it done. In the meantime we will occasionally run some extra water through the drain to try and keep that section clear of debris (like toilet paper). We could have run the snake from a shower stall drain but I wanted the wax ring seal on the toilet replaced anyway. Our tech, Jesse, was very courteous. He did the work very efficiently and explained everything clearly and completely. He kept everything nice and clean. You could not tell any such work had occurred in the bathroom. I was very satisfied with the service and it was well worth the money spent. I will use Allens Plumbing again if the need arises and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.
Extremely disappointed, plumbers came on time and installed the new under counter ice maker. Jonah and Jason were very nice and cleaned up very well. The disappointment is from your dispatcher. After installation was completed I went out to do some shopping and when I returned my bar floor was completely wet and I noticed that there was a flow of water coming from the lower portion of the front door of the ice maker. I called Allen’s Plumbing and was sent to emergency dispatcher where she informed me that there would be a $390.00 dispatch fee for someone to come to my house to fix the leak from the ice maker that was just a few hours prior was installed by their plumbers. I refused the emergency order and the dispatcher was very unreasonable to my concerns. The time was approximately 6:30 - 40pm. Not like it was 2:00am emergency kind. Decided to wait for a 7:30 call back this morning as promised by Allen’s Plumbing Emery Dispatcher. We’ll see how reliable Allen’s Plumbing is through their dispatchers.
