Had an appointment two weeks in advance, and the day before my appointment, I received a reminder text from Alpha for this appointment. Later the same night, I received another text that my appointment was canceled because they wouldn't come out unless they had other client appointments this same day. How unprofessional! Will NEVER use this company! I rearranged plans for this day way in advance and Alpha cancels literally hours before the appointment because I was their only client on this day! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

What this company advertises is not what we received. Their website and ads show clean, modern grooming vans. What showed up was an old, dingy, outdated van that needed a loud generator hooked up outside just to operate. I responded to their “How’d we do?” text with an honest, kind review, noting that there was a language barrier with the technician, and unfortunately, our dog’s haircut paid the price. I was told Carlos would be in touch within the hour, that never happened. Between the false advertising, poor communication, and disappointing grooming results, I won’t be using this company again.

We made an appointment for our dog Roscoe. We were excited to have him groomed. We had an appointment for 5:00pm. We had both worked all day. So, we were outside waiting. Finally, I called them, and they didn't even know I had an appointment; I had to tell them I received a confirmation. So, they call back and said, the truck broke down, we need to reschedule you until tomorrow. So, they were just going to leave us waiting. We of course said NO, we are not rescheduling, and have you care for our dog when you can't even run your business with good customer service.

I tried out this company for the first time. The groomer showed up at 8:30am even though we had an appointment scheduled for 10:00am. Not a huge deal, but it caught me off guard. My dog's haircut was fine and it was a very quick appointment, but my dog has shown extreme signs of stress since the appointment. For 5 days, he refused to eat and had digestive issues, which is something he's done in the past when he's experienced something really distressing. I don't know what happened during grooming but he has never acted like this after being groomed and it's definitely concerning. I emailed the company about something unrelated, and it's been almost a week with no response. I was hopeful about the company based on reviews but there were enough things that made me uncomfortable that I will continue searching for a groomer who can provide a better experience.
