I recently had the radon mitigation system installed by Alpine Furnace & AC, and the entire experience was outstanding. From initial consultation to installation, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Most importantly, my radon levels dropped dramatically within one day. Very trustworthy and professional service team. Installed a new furnace for us in a cold winter day within a few hours, patiently answered all our questions, they took good care of our house wherever they touched and cleaned up everything when they finish. Even fixed an issue that previous contractor left a few years ago. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedicated work. If you are looking for a service provider to install new furnace, or anything to do with furnace, I highly recommend Alpine.
Our furnace stopped working this morning, so I contacted this company. Even though the technician was already helping another customer in a nearby community, he came to our home within an hour to check our furnace. He professionally diagnosed the issue and recommended that we purchase a new pilot gas valve from a local specialty store that sells this type of part, as it was out of stock online. We really appreciated his clear and professional guidance. After we bought the part, my husband installed it himself, and the furnace is now working perfectly. Thank you very much for the prompt response and professional support!
This company did an amazing job installing my furnace and hot water tank. They sent me a detailed estimate before the work began, explained all the steps and plumbing changes, and answered all my questions with great patience. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and performed all the work as we previously discussed. They carefully inspected all the systems after the work was done to make sure they function properly. They did all the necessary cleanup to restore the basement to exactly what it was before they began. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Overall, I'm very happy with the thoroughness of their work and would highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with this company. They did an excellent job installing our radon mitigation system, even though our basement had very limited space for the piping. They took the time to carefully plan everything in detail and made it work. What really impressed me was that they completed the installation during a blizzard winter day and worked for about 5.5 hours without rushing. I was also very satisfied with their AC installation back in May 2024. The team was professional, thorough, and respectful of our home. After both services, they cleaned up and even vacuumed the area before leaving. Overall, very high-quality work and great customer service. Highly recommend!
