The worst customer service at this facility! Here for a birthday party- they didn’t have the right time (time was changed to 11-1 due to inclement weather), ordered two pizzas and only got one, requested time added and complementary pizza when asked was denied initially. Then the time does not get paused while eating and not jumping. So while waiting for the other pizza- time was wasted. The host we had was having the mother of the birthday child serve the food. The manager did not come and speak or apologize. Just overall terrible customer service. I would not recommend this facility.

We came here for a birthday party and had the best time! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Victoria was our party helper and she was amazing! Very attentive to anything we needed. I would totally recommend a party here. They also have a jump tracker band. What a cool idea so the kids can see how much they are jumping! My kids already asked to come back!

We had our son’s 5th birthday party there this weekend and it was amazing! The staff was incredible, the play space was clean and great for all ages. They made our little guy feel truly special. Would highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, not only is everyone so incredibly friendly but it is so clean. The popcorn is fresh and delicious and the games are absolutely brilliant! My kids had a ball and we love this place! Definitely something fun for the whole family regardless of ages. They have these really cool games where you show live on the television then they also have a ranking system as well. Donya is so sweet!!! She’s an employee there and so helpful with our allergies! Manager Pablo was incredible too!!!!!!

I accompanied my children and their friend here recently, during the bring a buddy on Monday and get a free buddy pass under the paying customer membership. All started out well, but quickly went south. Within 30 minutes time,some employees started following them and making the vibes uneasy. I informed my children and their friend of the rules there, prior to entering and to take it easy. They played inside the soccer room or whatever you wanna call it.. upon kicking the ball,(which you can't predict which direction the ball may go), the ball accidentally touched the light fixture,to which the chain was very flimsy to begin with and made the light fixture dangle, but with proper maintenance adjustment,it could be hooked back on. There really should be netting covering the light fixtures and for the safety of the children,they did a rush job on this place and took shortcuts..(in my opinion) The kids made one of the staff members aware of this and they taped it off with yellow caution tape, for no entry. After their time was up before closing, we made our way up towards the exit and this biligerant woman was getting so nasty and sarcastic towards my children's friend, asking where is your parent and then asking my children, where is your parents? After I responded to the woman kindly that I was the parent of my children,she got riled up and stated that the children are being banned and are are no longer welcome back and said she would give them their money back,to which they have not seen a dime yet. If you want to be treated better with some decency and respect for the money you pay for your kids to have a good time and not feel like they are stepping on eggshells, I would highly recommend going to one of the many trampoline parks in the triangle area. I'm very disappointed with this all and that this place is so close to home and less than a few minutes drive,which was a win for our family, after staples closed down and now we have to go out of our way. If this is the moral that they choose,I feel bad for people that will spend their hard earned money here. Lastly, the staff seems to be very distant in welcoming customers as well. Better interpersonal skills go a long way.
