We had an excellent time at Altitude Trampoline Park! My daughter and I had so much fun. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very customer-oriented. Everyone was polite and courteous, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

Had a birthday party there today and it was a great experience. Kylie was our hostess and she was very attentive and super sweet. Everything was clean and the kids had a blast. Will definitely be back.

This place is good when it's open. I have come around 10 am 5 times and 4 times they've been closed. I'm definitely cancelling my membership soon. I tried to call ahead and no one answers. Why bother open at 10. I did update my review since I am a regular but I'm tired of coming and it not being open

A great time at altitude trampoline park, Cincinnati/Anderson Ohio location i’m playing on the stunt airbag put in the foam pit, but it was hard to get out of it jumping on the trampolines and if you’re tired There are a lot of seats & benches and some of the chairs they have massage chairs, which you will have to pay for to use them or you can just sit in them they have lockers so you guys can use them you can leave your stuff at the tables on the main floor so you’ll be good to go Recommendation is getting a membership, the $20 one which is called jump champion

First time going. The staff was two women and they were Very sweet. The one was younger and one was older (not old by any means of course) but the older one was so incredibly nice and helpful (the lady in one of my pics) . After being baffled by the amount of parents who just simply don’t watch their kids, seeing kids run wild and getting in other kids way where they don’t belong, I’m even more impressed how that lady was so happy and upbeat and so kind. I couldn’t handle a job like that. She deserves a raise! Absolutely adored her so please pass that along. The park itself is smaller than expected. It’s very fun but we went on a weekday (with our homeschool group) and my kids still could barely get on the game station trampoline, the air bag thing, dodgeball, or basketball because of the sheer number of kids who had no parents in sight running around getting on things that clearly said “one kid at a time”… no balls in the basket ball area but one so luckily one random teen gave my kids the one ball she had which was very sweet because we didn’t even ask her or anything. My daughter got on the video game thing one time (after waiting her turn for 15 mins) and that was ruined immediately with two random kids (3-5 yrs old) getting on it with her in her way half way thru her game. And my kids are too polite and sweet so she just got off and let them have it. There is a baby-small kid area and it’s super cool but somehow the main areas were flooded with literal babies (swear to god) and toddlers everywhere running without any parents anywhere in sight. Point being, place was great, fun, great staff, the foam blocks didn’t smell bad (according to my other daughter lol) like I read on the reviews lol, and my kids had fun. But the cons are ; parents are horrific and don’t watch their spawns of Satan, and if your kids aren’t okay being assertive and rude they won’t get turns on anything like mine didn’t. So go on a weekday during school hours if you can. Place itself is great and has some claw machines and fun stuff besides the main attraction. Your kids will have fun but peace be with you dealing with other parents… oh and you have to buy their socks which I believe were $3.49. But you keep them and can use them next time you go
