I had the loveliest experience with Alts in Union Square who squeezed me in last minute to alter my wedding dress. I travelled from Ireland so back to plan. Ben and whole team were really helpful and such a delight to deal with. They really care about what they do and go above and beyond . The studio is also beautiful and carefully kept. 10 | 10 - would recommend.
Incredible customer service, and quality work! I needed a simple seam re-sewn on a high quality leather coat, and Ben had it fixed in literally two minutes. You can tell this place takes customer service seriously. Also loved the calm NYC studio vibe inside. I will definitely be back! Thank you Ben and Alts team!
I found Alts through TikTok when I needed a last-minute sweater repair before an event. I brought it in with a loose thread, and even in the middle of the holiday rush, Luba fixed it quickly and perfectly. There was nnonoticeable damage at all. Really glad I went with them.
Ben is so helpful. He did a quick repair I needed literally on the spot. I would so recommend you make an appointment with him. He is respectful and efficient. Brooke and Hilda were at the front of house and they made the entire check in and check out experience so smooth and flawless, providing regular updates with a smile!
Highly recommend Alts! Cristina was able to hem my work trousers expeditiously and perfectly! The studio is beautiful and staff are all very friendly. Will definitely be back!
