My sons old DR retired so after researching I decided on Dr.Alvarez. Today was his first appointment and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made. Dr Alvarez is very attentive and sits and listens to all your concerns. He is very caring and knows what he is doing.
Our interacción started 15 months ago when my daughter had 21 days, we was in Miami for vacation because we are from Tampa, my baby started with reflux ( we don’t knew) I started calling pediatricians and nobody could answer or see me without appointment except Alvarez Diaz Pediatric, long history short my family travel 3 hours every time we have appointments and we will continue doing it, Yesterday around 11:45pm I saw my baby with a very red and hot skin rash all over her face and arm, my first thought was call them and doctor Ramiro Alvarez Diaz take my call and instructed me what to do, and answered all my call, I just have great wishes of success for all of your staff, thanks for really take care of the patients, thanks, you are part of our family.
I've come here since my son was a newborn and everyone is so kind and caring. They remember my son and ask about him by name upon seeing me even if it's been months since our last visit. It's a small office and it could get a little crowded, but it's really a testament to how great it is that everyone wants to come here and it's 100% worth it.

Receptionist always ready to answer the phone, nurses are attentive, very friendly with the patients, organized and perfectly clean office. I appreciate the time and attention. My daughter has been a patient since she was a new born baby. I highly recommend this location! ☺️
Wonderful and caring. The type of dr that will call you back after hours and on weekends. Also extremely professional, great bedside manner, explains everything and is never in a rush to leave to the next patient. The office staff is also very helpful and patient. My son has been a patient for 5 years and my second son since he was born. I HIGHLY recommend this office.
