I just had a terrible experience here. I made a appointment last week and I told them how many pants I needed altered. When I came for my appointment today, they thought I wanted have shirts tailored. I said I was here for pants alterations and they told me there was a limit to what they would do at one time, so pick my favorite pants up to the limit. I left. I've had so many clothes altered or repaired here for many years. Very disappointing. They used to be great. Edited To Add: While I appreciate the response, it's important to be accurate. I made my appointment in person exactly one week before. At no point was a limit mentioned then. I've been taking my clothes here for many years. If I had been told the limit, I would have followed that. Thank you.

Amazing Garments had great customer service!! They did a great job in fixing my jacket. I only regret not taking my jacket to them first.

Great experience here! Although I needed to make an appointment to get in, the process to alter 4 pairs of pants took less than 10 minutes in the store with about a 2.5 week turnaround. Pricing is very affordable/competitive; other retailer priced $100 to alter suit pants that amazing garment repair did for less than $20.

Just picked up my wedding dress, I had the wildest asks and the team at Amazing Garment Repair did an amazing job. They got a hat that my mom wore at her wedding to match my dress, they made my skirt “removeable”, never questioned these strange requests and treated me like a princess. I have also used the shop for alternations of shirts, jeans, and moth hole repairs in sweaters. Highly recommend for all types of jobs!!

My Brooks Brothers suit pants had two small holes made by a moth. I brought it to Amazing Garment Repair and was floored on the excellent job. I highly recommend! Only complaint was that they told me six weeks and it was actually nine weeks. I wish they were more realistic on the time it took.
