My visit ran smoothly. I checked in online and showed up at my appointment time. They had me in and out within the hour. They were very courteous and the doctor on duty was accommodating.
Had an 11 am appt and left at 2 pm. Extraordinary long wait. Doctor did not want to take the time to listen to my history. AFC advertises that they are willing to be a PCP as well as urgent care. This is not true. Unwilling to write an Rx for ADHD (controlled substance) for more than 30 days. This practice cannot be a PCP and expect an employee to take 3-4 hours once a month to get a Rx written.
I always have a good experience at the Greystone location. Dr. Benton is so kind, knowledgeable and professional and has excellent bedside manner. She saw my 10 year old daughter and even she was comfortable. I made my appointment online and was seeing very quickly when I arrived. Entire visit took about 30 minutes!
After 3 interactions with Teledoc beginning 12/22/25 I have finally started feeling much better since my visit with Dr. Benton!! She is literally a lifesaver. Her staff is compassionate and friendly. I arrived at 2:45 without an appointment and was tested for Covid, Flu A & B, received negative test results, given a steroid shot, and a breathing treatment, leaving at 3:48!! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pincham Benton at America Family Care. Dr. Benton is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She truly listens to all of my concerns and takes the time to perform a complete and thoughtful examination. Once again, she eased my mind and helped get me back on a healthy journey. It’s rare to find a provider who is both compassionate and attentive, and Dr. Benton consistently delivers that level of care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional medical care. I would also like to recognize Malika, the nurse who checked my vitals and drew my blood. She was patient, kind, and genuinely caring, which made the entire experience even more comfortable. The compassion and professionalism shown by both Dr. Benton and Malika made me feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this office for exceptional medical care.
