Excellent experience from start to finish. Miguel came out to repair my kitchen exhaust pipe and was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely nice. He took the time to explain the issue and made sure everything was done correctly. He also looked over the entire roof to check for any other potential issues, which I really appreciated. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the overall experience with the company. Highly recommend.
I’ve worked with American Home Contractors before at my old place where they replaced our roof, and since we had a great experience previously, we reached out to them again for a roof tune-up at our new location. Omar from AHC reached out ahead of time, showed up right on schedule, and gave me a heads-up before arriving. He listened to our concerns, inspected the roof from inside and outside, and shared clear pictures of everything he found. As a nice favor, he even took the time to re-install a window shutter that had fallen during a windy day. Overall, the experience was great — smooth communication, professional, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend American Home Contractors if you’re looking for reliable roofing services.
Problem: ROOF Leak into attic at ridge vent with summer storms. No longer able to go on the roof myself to DIY repair. 2-story home. 9-year-old architectural shingle roof with an 8/12 pitch with aluminum ridge vent. Needed a roofer (not playing the upsell game) to do a "roof repair/tune-up" to secure, seal down and screw down the ridge vent (the probable leak source), caulk flashings, caulk nail heads and reboot and re-caulk all vent pipe penetrations. Solution: (see coupon mailer photo) American Home Contractors. I usually steer away from these "coupon ads", but after researching on-line and speaking with the rep over the phone and reading some of the 1000's of reviews, the risk seemed minimal, the company well structured, and the price reasonable. My roof being an 8/12 pitch however would require 2 techs (they were very upfront about this), so my cost would be $398.00 ($199x2). Still reasonable to me. Scheduling was easy with about a month lag time for an appointment, but they had put me on the wait list and was called within 2 weeks. SERVICE DATE: 09/11/2025 My technicians were OMAR MARTINEZ and OMAR RIVERA. Having done this work myself back in the day, it is no small statement for me to say these two were FANTASTIC!! They arrived in marked vehicles, on time, with all necessary equipment and materials on board. No up-sell sales pressure! No B.S.! Both men were personable and very professional. We inspected the attic together (where the leak had occurred) and surveyed all exterior house areas before beginning. They then went up on the roof and got the job done. I truly felt they did the job as if I was doing it myself. It took just about 1 hour. I watched the entire job. The ridge vent was screwed down on both sides every 2 ft with washer headed stainless-steel roofing screws and caulked. End caps were caulked and secured in place. The photos clearly demonstrate job performance matching what was advertised and expected as to what was told to me that day would be done to address the issue and to "tune-up" the roof. There was NO bait and switch nor nickel and diming that occurred with materials or labor. Final cost was indeed $398. Hopefully now any potential leak source on the roof from the vent has been addressed as best it can be but was advised a return visit would be included if needed within 90 days. Can't beat that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOULD YOU NEED SIMILAR ROOF SERVICES. Good Luck.

We recently had our Cedar Siding replaced by American Home Contractors. They did a great job! Their crews were safe, tidy, gave great attention to detail, and were timely. We also had our gutters and rear patio door replaced. Everything turned out even better than we could have imagined! Great responses to our questions throughout the process. Our Sales Manager, Josh, even came out to the project many times to make sure everything was running smoothly.
