I’m really trying to understand how this process is supposed to work, because the woman in the store absolutely refused to sell a chair that was clearly marked 50–60% off. The tag showed $99, but she kept insisting the chair was $340, saying it was a liquidation company and the discount didn’t apply. The whole interaction was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an employee. She kept trying to hide the $99 tag, and it was obvious she didn’t want to sell it—especially since she had the chair sitting right beside her with other items, like she planned to buy it herself. No one offered help, no one provided any real assistance. It was just ridiculous.
BUYER BEWARE! American Signature Furniture may have stylish pieces on display, but good luck getting what you paid for—on time or in acceptable condition. I made a purchase six months ago and still haven’t received the correct item. Here’s the rundown of my delivery nightmare: • First delivery: wrong color. • Second delivery (a month later): item wasn’t even on the truck. • Third attempt (another month later): wrong color again. • Fourth attempt (yet another month later): item arrived damaged. Each rescheduled delivery was spaced a month or more apart, dragging this ordeal out for half a year. Store management has been nonchalant and unreliable, making promises they never keep. Calling corporate is a waste of time—it’s just a call center that assures you they’re “working on a resolution,” but no one ever follows up. Deliveries come from the Morrow location, and unfortunately, their customer service is just as poor. The prices and the service level do not match—not even close. After exhausting every avenue and being as patient as possible, I finally emailed the CEO. I’m still waiting for a response. No matter how this endS, I will NEVER spend another penny at American Signature Furniture.
Melanie was soooo helpful! I had been there a couple of times stalking a sofa. However, the one I wanted had a recliner and the cord was missing. Each time I came, I was told to come back so somebody could find a cord. The 3rd time, the charm, we walked in, Melanie immediately greeted us. I told her the situation and her instant response was 'I'll find a cord'. My ❤️ skipped a beat. She was so patient. Answered all my questions and ensured the sofa worked as it should. I am pleased with my sofa and I am just as pleased with my purchasing interaction with her... and I got a steal on the price!
I love our new furniture. It was delivered on set date and set time. Our sales person Yaya was very attentive she had such patience. The delivery price was reasonable. We chose not to have the delivery person set up the furniture we did that ourselves. The delivery itself was quick, easy and fast . The two gentlemen that came to deliver the furniture were very professional, and they were super nice.Putting together the furniture was nice and easy. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
Great service from start to finish!!! My bedroom set was delayed a few days but it was worth the wait!! The staff kept me informed the entire time. The sales team at American Signature (Camp Creek) was fantastic. Wynona helped me with every step of my sale with a great attitude. The young lady who sits in the back (I forgot her name) where you make payments was very pleasant and professional as well. I had a complicated order and both ladies handled it with ease. The delivery guys Joshua and Travis were so cool. They worked well with each other and quickly unloaded my 4 piece bedroom set (which consisted of several heavy boxes). They were super professional and efficient. My bedroom set was set up very quick and I am in love with my set!!! I would definitely recommend these two to deliver and set up your furniture and I would definitely recommend the Camp Creek location for your furniture needs!! Thanks!!!
