My family and I came to bowl on 12/30/2025 and had a very bad experience. I ordered the combo pepperoni pizza with a pitcher of margarita. The pizza came with maybe 15 pieces of pepperoni and 2 lbs of cheese. The pitcher of margarita came 20 minutes later with way too much ice and I feel I was cheated on the margarita, but because there was no bartender in the building another employee fixed it for me. As more of my family members came and ordered food, they were told they ran out of food! They only had fries and chicken, that's it. No burgers, no chicken tenders, no chicken sandwich's and no hotdogs. This was very upsetting because we had children with us and they were hungry. One family member ordered her food through the app and had to be refunded because of lack of food. I spent $44.00 on the pepperoni pizza and pitcher of iced down margarita that was not worth it. This is a holiday week and the management team should have been prepared for this. This was a very disappointing visit to your facility.
Pizza was like getting it from a grocery store, but worst. Drinks were ok. Was told we could bring our own food/drinks by an employee over the phone. Clearly understand why because they serve food and beverages. Security seems to be pretty diligent.
I would strongly advise not going to this AMF bowling alley. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated like a suspect instead of a paying customer. There is security posted at the entrance checking people and searching bowling bags, which already sets an uncomfortable and hostile tone. It gets worse at the front desk. If you bring your own bowling bag and don’t need rental shoes, they immediately question you as if you’re lying or trying to get over on them. I was actually asked to prove I owned bowling shoes by showing them—something I have never experienced at any bowling alley, anywhere. I’ve bowled at plenty of alleys and this was by far the most disrespectful and unwelcoming experience. Instead of focusing on customer service, they seem more concerned with profiling and micromanaging customers. The entire process felt accusatory, unnecessary, and flat-out ridiculous. No one wants to spend their time or money at a place where they’re treated like a criminal for simply bringing their own equipment. This place has completely lost sight of what hospitality looks like. If you value being treated with basic respect and dignity, stay far away from this location. There are plenty of bowling alleys that welcome bowlers instead of interrogating them. Stay far away from this place
We bought unlimited games for 6 people at roughly $60 per couple, only was able to bowl 1.5 games due to lane failure, we had to move lanes 3 times. After trying to receive some form of compensation we were told there's nothing they can do. I definitely wouldn't recommend going to this place, very unprofessional! Have to be searched by security before entering as well. Majority of employees lazy, or have a stank attitude.
I was instantly shocked when I walked in and was greeted by security with a wand and asking to search my purse. I knew then, this place was probably a bit rough. I felt safe, but shocked. The people at the register was nice and knew all the details of their specials. I was there with my family with all age ranges. We ordered pizza and out was really good. The alcohol was probably watered down. I ordered shots of vodka and they were both very weak. Overall, the bar staff and food staff was really nice. Here's the awkward part. There was a young group of teens who were placed next to us. They were running into our area, very loud (louder than normal behavior in a bowling alley), and playing a lot. One almost ran into my mom. My husband asked them to not come into our space and that sparked an argument. Now, I understand why they have security and check for weapons. We ended our night early because of this. I feel like this type of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. But hey, I just don't go back.
