Didn't give us a lane, with 5 lanes open for an hour. We arrived at 6 pm, and where told that we can be put on a wait list and it might be an hour. Which would be fine but they clearly had 6 lanes open. They said they had reservations at 7 pm and this was the reason they couldn't give us a lane. During the wait they had 5 lanes that stayed open the entire time we waited. We were finally given a lane after the hour long wait. At one point the manager told us the the reason was they needed to clean the area around the lanes. But even as we got to them the tables were still not clean. I also noted that during our entire game the continued to have free lanes. So the whole thing made no sense. The computers also had syncing issues and randomly gave people strikes when they got gutter balls.
This is a great bowling alley that I have been coming to for years, from casual play to league bowling. It's always clean, the staff are friendly, and it has a good atmosphere. Parking is also extremely easy. My only complaint is that very often, it will take a while for a staff member to serve you at the front desk or for food.
It has been years since I've been bowling, but had the holiday week off with the whole family and decided to go bowling again. We were the first reservation of the day so they were still opening up, but Scott took excellent care of us. So refreshing now-a-days to find someone who actually knows what customer service actually means! We all had a great time and when we decide to hit the lanes again...this is the place we'll be heading to.
I went in yesterday with my kids to get out and have some fun let's just say it did not disappoint! It's a great establishment with kind and helpful employees! Miguel helped us at the front desk and was very helpful and sweet, he played with my son for a brief moment while I got my other kids wrangled up. Let me just say being a mother is a wild ride and we appreciate all the help we get. So thank you to Miguel. As we got to our lane we got our shoes on and I needed help with putting the gates up. lasked for help from this lovely young lady Bree, she swiftly got those gates up and helped us with a few other things. She was so kind to my kids, the employees definitely made my experience! Also the place is super clean and well kept up. The arcade area looked like it had just been wiped down, makes me happy that they are top of cleaning because so many germs these days! I love this establishment definitely will be returning!!
