I was not impressed with this place. They made me run a tab on my card for bowling instead of just paying up front. There are no automatic bumpers so if your kids want bumpers, everyone has to bowl with bumpers. And then since we had to run a tab, I had to go close my tab to leave. I was standing in what I thought was the line to check out, as the sign suggests. And got ignored by the one person working the counter even though the place was very busy. I finally got his attention and asked if I was in the right line and he said no, there's only one line and I was supposed to get in back of the very long line of people trying to bowl. Luckily someone was nice enough to let me in front of me them since I was literally just trying to leave. No apologies or anything from the counter person, just asked me to sign the receipt. I will not be coming back here.
It's a pretty great bowling alley! The staff was very friendly. We got nachos they were really good! We all enjoyed the bowling and the arcades!
My family and I had a great time. Ended up staying late practically tills closing and had great customer service. I have to give thanks to Serenity for being polite and helpful. Thanks lady!
I want to star off by saying Maurice the manager is one of the best managers I’ve ever talk too. We ran into a problem coming in and he immediately stopped what he was doing in order to help us out and he was beyond kind about it. This man deserves a raise
Clean fun environment. Plenty of parking and lanes. Nice snack bar with good food options and they serve alcohol as well as sodas. Rental shoes and bowling balls available for use. Pro Shop on site. Small arcade and pool tables for non bowlers.
