I visited AMT electronics around November 24~25 due to an issue with the right side fan on my laptop. I picked up the laptop on November 26, but unfortunately, another problem appeared a significant noise issue. AMT electronics did their best to resolve it, and I picked up my laptop again on December 1. The original noise was gone. However, the replacement fan seemed to have its own problem: it was stuck running at a constant 5000 RPM, producing a whistling sound so loud that it filled the entire room. When I checked the bottom panel, I noticed a sticker indicating the fan was a Chinese made part, which made me think it might have been a low quality batch (just my personal opinion) or failure. Additionally, MSI dragon center could no longer detect the CPU temperature or the remaining fan, showing everything as N/A. This makes me believe the EC went into protection mode, causing the fan to run at full speed. MSI laptops are known to be very sensitive when it comes to hardware replacements, so I understand this can happen though its still disappointing to see the result. The repair cost was 196 aud and the second repair attempt was free of charge, which shows how honest the business is. I even trusted them enough to have my motherboard repaired there last year. Im confident that if I had gone back and asked for another replacement, they would have gladly helped, because theyve always been very straightforward and trustworthy. Unfortunately, I had to leave for Sydney today, so I wont be able to return for another fix which means I basically lost the repair cost. Its disappointing because the issue was something that could have been resolved if I had more time. Ofc I hold no bad feelings toward the shop but lilbit feels blue the fan they ordered was failure, but ik this is just unlucky. In fact, I would happily recommend AMT electronics to others. They are genuinely a good and honest repair service.
Wow, I could not have asked for better service. The team were amazing, knowledgeable and more than helpful. My experience was above and beyond my expectations. Real customer service still exists!!! Product was as described and I was provided with ample time to test my amazing laptop. If you looking for any products relating to tech this is the place to go!

Im having issue with my Macbook Pro, some of my key's on keyboard not working and my screen had crack's on it. I bring it to them with knowing the they would charge me for diagnostic fee as stated on my booking. But for the repair cost and parts fair and affordable plus the good quality of work. The front desk team and technician is very approachable and lovely. Thanks guys.
I needed my laptop to be fixed urgently and they were so understanding and helpful. I dropped off my laptop at 9 am and it was fixed and ready within 3 hours! Absolutely marvellous service and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!
