We are returning customers after a successful siding project years ago. We are very happy with the high level of communication from Joe L and his team did a fantastic job replacing our flat roof when it was leaking into our dining room. Everything happened in about 3 days since it was looking like an emergency. I would highly recommend Joe and Anchor Roofing.
We had Anchor replace our roof five years ago from insured hale damage. That experience informed us to give them a call when our daughter's century old house sprung a leak. Ours was a conventional shingle job, hers was a membrane on a flat roof. Several roofers didn't do low slope roofs. No concerns from Anchor. All my questions were answered. The crew was professional, the result beautiful; no fuss, and they left no mess. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Highly recommend!! I worked with Eric Anderson at Anchor. My experience with Eric and his crew could not have been better from start to finish. Eric has project managed our roof and gutter installation, as well as phase one of our exterior siding installation. Eric is an excellent communicator. He listened to our needs and helped us figure out the best approach to achieve our project goals within our target budget. The craftsmanship by the crews installing the roof, gutters, and siding is excellent. Their attention to detail with the site prep and clean-up was also excellent. We couldn’t be happier with how the project has turned out and will definitely be using Eric and his team for the next phase of the exterior project.

Joe and his crew at Anchor Roofing and Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my siding, window/door trim, soffits/fascia, gutters, and front deck ledger board. Joe and Anchor Roofing have done a lot of work with family and friends of mine over the past couple of years. They all have nothing but kind and wonderful things to say about Joe and his crew! He is always there to answer any questions you may have and to make sure your concerns of any kind are always heard. Joe was very hands-on and did a wonderful job walking me through the planning phase of the job. There were a lot of back-and-forth moments on my end between job scope decisions, and I really appreciate his patience during those moments. He was great about updating and communicating with me on how every aspect of the job was going. What stood out the most was that at the end of the job, Joe came out and did a detailed walkthrough and helped do final touch-ups. Joe spent the better part of a morning in November of last year making sure that everything was accounted for and taken care of for me. You will not regret making the decision to work with Anchor Roofing & Exteriors!!!
