As a wedding decorator, we’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Andy’s Catering on multiple weddings, and it has always been a smooth and professional experience. Their team shows up organized, works efficiently, and is mindful of shared spaces while other vendors are setting up, which helps the day run on schedule. 🏃🏻♀️ Cathy, who leads the team on site, does a great job coordinating and keeping everything moving calmly and efficiently. From a vendor perspective, that level of organization and consideration makes collaboration easy. And of course, the food always smells AMAZING. 🤤 We feel comfortable and confident whenever we have mutual events working with Andy’s Catering.
We hired Andy’s Catering for our wedding in late 2022, and Christine was incredible to work with. We had already booked a more untraditional venue that was quite a drive, so we were worried about logistics, but Christine and her team went out of their way to make sure we could still have a Vietnamese family style dinner at our dream venue. They even cooked everything fresh on site. Christine was very straightforward and incredibly reassuring. Planning food for a Vietnamese wedding can be stressful, and she constantly reminded us that at the end of the day, it was our wedding. She gave us confidence in our choices and reassured us that everything would turn out well. The food was amazing, and we received nonstop compliments from guests of all backgrounds. Most importantly, we were happy and my family was happy. We are forever grateful to Christine, chú Andy, and Andy’s Catering team for helping bring authentic Vietnamese flavors to our modern Western wedding.
I first experienced Andy’s Catering as a guest at several weddings, and after the very first time, I knew I wanted them for my own. When it came time to plan my wedding, I scheduled a tasting with nine other people, and every single one of us was thoroughly impressed. I booked Andy’s 14 months in advance because I knew they would be in high demand — and they absolutely lived up to every expectation. My venue allowed open vendors for everything except catering, and Andy’s was the only preferred Vietnamese/Chinese caterer on their list. After working with them, I completely understand why. Andy’s Catering operates like a well-oiled machine, but what truly sets them apart is the fact that it’s a family-run business that deeply cares about its clients. Andy is the father, and I had the pleasure of working with his daughters, Christine and Cathy. Christine was wonderful throughout the entire planning process — not only helping me design a menu that suited our guests but also offering thoughtful advice about wedding logistics. She even sold me a few wedding items at a generous discount, which was such a kind gesture. Cathy was equally impressive — incredibly organized, responsive, and accommodating. We had several guests with allergies and dietary restrictions, and she went above and beyond to ensure each table’s needs were met seamlessly. Our guest list was close to 500 people, and the team executed everything perfectly. My husband’s family, who don’t typically eat Asian food, were especially complimentary — many of them said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. To this day, our guests still bring up how delicious everything was. Everyone left full, happy, and impressed by both the food and service. Andy’s Catering exceeded every expectation, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Whether it’s for a wedding, special occasion, or family gathering, I highly recommend booking them. You will not be disappointed.
We recently had Andy cater an event, and the food was absolutely excellent! Everything was delicious, but the chicken stood out—so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Andy’s attention to detail and quality truly made the meal unforgettable. We highly recommend Andy’s catering for anyone looking for amazing food and great service!
We booked Andy’s Catering for our wedding back in 2020 but got canceled due to covid. Since then, we’re been getting party trays from them. Everything is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and helpful when we go pick up. Ordering process is easy. Foods are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Will definitely coming back for more party trays!!
