I am new to the area and recently started taking my dog to Animal Care Clinic, and I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I’ve had with both of my pets—especially my senior dog who is in his last days. They were able to get me in quickly, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and caring. I had a very difficult decision to make, and they took the time to go over all of my options with me and supported me through the whole process. I truly can’t say enough good things about this clinic and their staff. I highly recommend Animal Care Clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and trustworthy care for their pets.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I'm so glad I found them years ago. They have cared for all 3 of our cats. I had horrible experiences with other vets and I'm always so grateful and so impressed by the kindness and gentleness of the doctors and staff. They take their time with your pet and the owners. They listen to concerns and I never feel rushed or pressured to buy things for my pet that they don't need. They genuinely care about animals and their families. 10/10 highly recommend! 😺

Started our day with Texas having a swollen eye that kept getting worse. Dr. Bevins found a piece of wood stuck in her eye (eyelid). He was so sweet to her and gentle with her injury. Thank you to the staff for getting us in so quickly. We are grateful!

Such a shame to have to write this. We have taken our dog here for the past 5 years based on a family member rec. The staff has been quite disorganized, often delaying us being seen for “emergencies “ that have come up for them. Seemingly rushed at the front desk. We chalked it up to being a busy office and just dealt with it. One time, we picked up our dog who was supposed to have his teeth cleaned and nails clipped under sedation. They didn’t clip his nails with no explanation. We realized it after we got home. The final straw, he was supposed to have a lesion removed. He was NPO the night before. He’s elderly. We arrived at 9am for the appt. They said it would be quick . At 2pm we called the office and were told “he’s in recovery and the nurses are in a meeting”. 30 min later, we get a call that the procedure wasn’t done because they ran out of nitrogen and to pick him up. We complained politely to the receptionist and she stated I’m not a nurse! A nurse came out and kindly listened to us and apologized and said the Dr would be reaching out. It been a week. We’ve heard nothing. Thankfully we have a new vet who will take over his care and perform the procedure. I realize “things happen” but this office doesn’t seem to really care. I guess they get enough business that one old dog doesn’t matter.

I wish I had found this place 10 years ago. I have only been with them a few months, but they’re so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. On Saturday I had to put my beloved Lucy down and Dr. Butch was so kind. He sat with me. He explained everything to me that was going to happen and sat with me during the process. Since it’s so upsetting, he mentioned for me to be safe going home. Then he left me to have a few minutes with my sweet Maltese baby to say final goodbyes. Bye Lucy be happy and wait for me.
