Elizabeth and her team at Anticipation Events were absolute lifesavers. From the planning stages to the wedding day to all of the little details after the weekend, she had everything handled before we could think to worry about it. She’s the kind of person who spots problems before they exist and fixes them without making a big deal about it. On the day itself, she made sure my wife and I actually got to eat (which I’ve heard is rare), kept drinks coming so we could dance the night away, and managed to keep the whole evening running perfectly without ever feeling rushed or forced. By the time we got back to our hotel, there were snacks and slices of cake waiting for us — easily one of my favorite surprises of the night. We still talk about Elizabeth and her team at least once a week and how much we miss having them around. They’ve got great style, great energy, and somehow made the most logistic heavy day of our lives feel effortless. If she’s available for your wedding, don’t hesitate. Hire her. You won’t regret it for a second.
I can’t say enough good things about Anticipation Events. Elizabeth, Heather and their whole team are truly incredible. They made us feel heard and helped us through the entire wedding process start to finish. Our wedding was incredible and the best party of all time thanks to the AE team! I told them I wanted a whimsical punk world with mushrooms and floating flowers and they DELIVERED! Love love love love!
If you are thinking about working with Anticipation Events, do it! From our first meeting with Elizabeth, my husband and I both felt at ease and comfortable. We booked a month of coordinator, but Elizabeth was still available during the planning process to provide vendor recommendations and reply to our questions. Our month of coordinator was Heather, and she made the scheduling and logistics of the day so easy. The day went by without a hitch, and we never felt any stress about timing which allowed us to fully be pressent end enjoy the day. Thank you to Anticipation Events and Heather for all your wondeful help!
We had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth and Anticipation Events for our wedding. Elizabeth was incredible to work with and made our wedding perfect in all the most important ways – environment, ceremony, invitations and menus, florals and décor, food, entertainment, and the opportunity for us to celebrate our special day with our families and loved ones without stress or distraction. Her assistance was valuable every step of the way. We sincerely could not have done this, and enjoyed it so much, without her. We particularly appreciated her knowledge of the most appropriate vendors, her talent and taste for florals and decor, her pleasant and non-dramatic counsel, and her ability to weave together all the pieces and details. Elizabeth is also a delightful person and always made us feel that our wedding was a priority. It's difficult to express how much we appreciate her and her assistance in helping to deliver such a perfect and meaningful event.
I want to leave the best possible review here but Anticipation Events was so unbelievably out-of-this-world wonderful to work with that I don't know where to start. From the beginning, in the months leading up to our wedding, Elizabeth's patience, authenticity, and honesty helped to calm my overthinking brain when I was overwhelmed by too many decisions, even about the package we were choosing with AE. We went with the month-of coordination package and it was perfect. Elizabeth was reliable, thoughtful, and responsive to my many emails beforehand with questions about color schemes and furniture and any other decision I struggled with. Then, we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY when we were connected with Emma, our month-of coordinator. Oh, my goodness, did Emma make our wedding dreams come true, and our families' too - which is a hard feat. It's been a year since (this review is way overdue) and our families are still talking about how amazing she was. Emma and her day-of team turned our vision boards into real life. She communicated seamlessly and beautifully with our vendors and families, was meticulous in her attention to and execution of details, and made flawless game-time decisions so we could truly enjoy our day. Everything was set up better than we could have imagined and she made sure every minute went according to plan even with our packed schedule. Even with flash floods and leaky ceilings, we didn't worry for one second, despite being from families of pro-worriers. Emma handled everything with such grace and chill. I want Emma and Elizabeth to be my best friends and life planners and could not possibly more HIGHLY recommend working with Anticipation Events for your wedding. I just wish I had a reason to work with them again. They are perfect.
