I had Antonyshyn Roofing recently do work on my house (ridge vents, exhaust fan vents, plumbing stacks) as well as removing and replacing the shingles on my garage. Danny Antonyshyn (the owner) came and assessed the requirements and provided a very detailed estimate giving me different options to choose from and went over all of the options. He also used a drone to take aerial photos, so it was easy to see what was being referred to in the quote. Everyone I dealt with from the office to every crew member sent to work on my property were extremely accommodating, polite, and professional. The crew leader pointed out any issues he came across when the shingles were removed and also had Danny call me to discuss my options. The issue did cost me a bit more money to correct because of unforeseen circumstances that were found after the shingles were removed, but with the recommendations from Antonyshyn Roofing, my roof will last at least twice as long, so in the long run I saved money not having to replace it sooner. I absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for a professional and honest job done at a fair price and from a company whose owner will come and do a final inspection after the job is complete to make sure you are happy and satisfied and a company that will back their work. They also do insulation and high-end lighting on houses.
Danny and his team were terrific. All the members of his team including the office staff communicated with us in a very professional manner. Danny spent a great deal of time with us explaining the areas of concern with our roof. He presented the options that were available to address the problems. We were kept informed as to the tentative target dates for the work to commence and to be completed. Danny and his team informed us step by step what work would take place as the project was underway. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Antonyshyn Roofing LTD for your roofing needs.
Danny was amazing to deal with! He was very thorough and honest about his approach to ensuring we knew what was needed and would be done through the process. Antonyshyn roofing is not the cheapest option out there, but make sure you spend the extra few dollars to get Danny and his team! Incredible service and I highly recommend them.
The crew arrived on time, were pleasant young men, did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves; we didn't find any leftovers at all. Melanie in the office is always pleasant to speak with, & kept us up to date. Thanks Danny for being so personable yourself, & to you & your employees for a great job!
We're very happy with the work that Antonyshyn Roofing did for us! Danny was very informative and followed through on all his promises. The job was started exactly when he said it would be and finished when promised. The warranty was also very important to us. We really liked the drone pictures of the roof and property. A great keep sake to go along with a great job!
