I had a great training session at Anytime Fitness with Coach Sergio. He took the time to really listen to my health concerns about lower back pain during deadlift-type movements in my daily life. He carefully analyzed my lifting posture and made precise corrections. Once I engaged the correct muscles, my pain immediately went away. I truly appreciate his knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for my well-being. Other coaches are very friendly. The other customers seemed to be having fun with their workout. They have an office for Dr. Cruz, movement and rehab chiropractor, as well. He is also an awesome knowledgeable coach/therapist. Highly recommended to join this location.
The Anytime Fitness in the Bishop Arts is a gym with good vibes that welcomes people from all backgrounds. They have all of the functional weight equipment like barbells, dumbbells & kettlebells, but they also have good machines. I love the new hip thrust machine😍! The owners, trainers & staff are all kind, knowledgeable & motivational🙏🏽. I never feel too crowded in this gym, which is nice compared to big box gyms. Parking is included in the membership and is super easy to use. I highly recommend personal training with Coach Eric💪🏽
This is the best anytime Fitness that I’ve visited. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews about parking!!! Parking for Anytime Fitness members is FREE!!!! There is a qr code inside the gym, by the lockers, that you’re supposed to scan upon entry. Once you park, you have 15 minutes to validate your parking or you will receive a ticket. If you receive a ticket please bring it to the staffs attention. Great gym, great location.
Been working out here for several years, as have family members. It's a medium size gym, and for its size it has all the tools I need for a good workout. Plenty of squat racks, barbells, cables, benches, kettlebells, pull up bars, and dumbbells in the gym. Great variety of functional training and cardio tools around the purple turfs that allow for well rounded workouts. All your essential machines, too. They do a good job of adding new equipment over time like the recent addition of the glute builder machine. 🍑 I've trained for HYROX twice at this gym so there's enough versatility in equipment if you work with the space. Otherwise, it's consistently clean, equipment is kept in pretty good shape, and I have never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes for equipment when it's been busy, which is rare b/c this place rarely gets packed. Members here do a good job overall of wiping equipment down and putting weights away. They tend to mind their business but are typically friendly and helpful when you need it. Trainers and front desk are really good at making people of all backgrounds and goals feel welcome. I recommend this place to anyone who mainly wants to train free weights & cardio, anyone wanting get away from the large crowded gyms in the area, and anyone looking for a gym with staff and trainers who can teach you how to lift or help you when you have a problem. PS They have private showers at all Anytime Fitnesses I've been to which is awesome b/c I use them alot when I'm on the go or traveling.
This gym has been a crucial step in my physical fitness journey. I HATE working out. It isn’t enjoyable to me, and I go through phases where I work out for a bit and then drop off. Since joining Anytime Fitness in early 2023 and using their coaching program, this is the most consistent and the longest amount of time I have maintained a fitness regimen. I love that the space is welcoming and nonjudgmental. Everyone (from the owners, to the trainers, and the gym goers) are encouraging and friendly. I love that it feels like a true community gym, people are from the neighborhood, and people of all ages, body shapes and sizes, and genders work out here. The trainers have helped me feel more confident in my physical abilities and I have seen improvement in my stamina and strength. I also feel like the owners and trainers are invested in me as a human and helping me reach my goals. Join this gym! You won’t regret it.
