Elijah is my trainer, he has been such a fun and helpful person helping me achieve my fitness goals. He’s very dedicated and disciplined in what he does. As someone wanting to be a Physical Therapist and in the Kinesiology field in college I have been able to implement and learn a lot of things from him. It’s a friendly and great gym!
I’ve been training with Issac for about 3 months. I switch from another location/trainer. He has been nothing short of exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and always prepared for the workout. Great to talk with him about nutrition. The best thing is I have a shoulder injury and he has been able to work around it so I don’t aggravate it and it has never felt better or stronger than it has now.
Working with Isaac has been an all-around excellent experience. After previously working with multiple trainers at large gyms who weren’t particularly engaged in our sessions, often cancelled/rescheduled at the last minute, and didn’t appear to have clear, solid strategies, I reached out to Isaac looking to start fresh. From the beginning, Isaac has been strategic in his science-based approach, providing a wealth of resources with methods for achieving my goals and the “why” behind those methods. He consistently sets clear and challenging yet achievable expectations, and provides encouragement and a positive outlook to help meet those expectations. Additionally, he consistently provides helpful feedback to ensure proper form & technique to maximize the effectiveness of each workout, and is always patient and willing to demonstrate each exercise if I need a refresher. When I began training with Isaac, I was well above my “ideal” weight and had minimal muscle growth. In a few months, I’ve managed to lose nearly 20 pounds of fat, while simultaneously getting stronger and making visible improvements in muscle growth. (I’ve never previously been able to achieve this much fat loss in a sustainable, healthy way.) Furthermore, whether it’s a session with Isaac or one on my own following the training plan, I now genuinely look forward to every workout, rather than going to the gym begrudgingly. I have a newfound confidence in my ability to achieve my goals, while at the same time feeling less of a rush to hit certain milestones because I’ve been able to make consistent, sustainable progress. (Also - the facility where Isaac trains is top-notch. Always clean, never crowded, no broken equipment.) To sum up: I’ve had an entirely positive experience and would highly recommend Isaac to anyone feeling like they’re not getting the most out of their current training experience. Isaac is a cut above the rest.
I started working out with Isaac, a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness in April and I'm extremely glad our paths crossed. His knowledge and approach in teaching me to work out has been successful in helping me build muscle without back breaking, over strenuous workouts. I'm amazed at his organization and appreciative of the workout logs he's created to help me keep track of workouts on my own. Also he is extremely flexible in scheduling and rescheduling if need be. He is quick to respond in messaging which is truly appreciated. His approach is inspiring and not aggressive as I've experienced with other trainers. Your in good hands with Isaac...
