Arctic has been and is my go to HVAC/AC service company They are fair, efficient and trustworthy. The $99 deal is definitely a deal and the part i needed was a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending!

Worst warranty in west Texas !!!Do not buy from this company!!! They will not help you.They will not cover their warranty and Melanie, Who refuses to give me her last name, continue to argue with me about my equipment! Been waiting months to have someone come look at it and they keep saying ,we are backed up!!! Please go somewhere else. I will be reporting my incident to the Better Business Bureau. So if you don't want to go through the same thing, don't do anything with them. OVER 12,000 for a unit they wont come and fix .. its a simple fix and yet they wont give you the time of day. Did I get mad on the phone and cuss? Yes ! You can see why with what I have to put up with . Update ! Look at response down below . I told them I dont know if its hail damage or when they installed it . No one and I mean no one offered to wave the 75 dollar hail damage fee.. Melanie told me we will send someone out Friday and hung up . I called back and said would you like to tell me what time ? Finally got a answer . Already filed a complaint with the BBB so now they want to work with me !! Even my wife agrees we should of used you ! Still wont reccomend you !
