Waste of time. Was charged for exam & X-rays I never asked for, never adjusted, and made to schedule another appointment later in the week. Watched a 5 min video and told I needed to see them 3x a week for 36 visits.
I have had back problems for years. And not, ouch, my back hurts. Ouch, I am just going to accept that I can't move for 3 to 4 days after I throw it out bad. Usually a couple of times a year. Then I went to the Alaska State Fair and found Arctic Chiropractic. For the first time in years I am getting full nights sleep, not every night yet, I still have work to do. I can do more, have managed to finally start shedding some weight too because Dr. Blake gives excellent exercise homework. I am more mobile and have a lot less pain more often. This is the longest stretch I have gone with out throwing my back out. You have to be willing to do the work, but it has been worth it to me. Like I said, I still have goals to meet, but I am so glad to have found Dr. Blake and Arctic Chiropractic. He and his staff are wonderful and they really are invested in helping their patients.

I came in as a new patient and the process was smooth from the start. The team got me set up with paperwork and walked me through how things would go. What stood out to me is that they’re not just doing a quick adjustment and rushing you out the door they actually take the time to build a plan that’s tailored to what you need. The adjustment itself felt solid and professional, but what I really appreciate is knowing we’re working toward long-term solutions for my lower back issues. I left feeling cared for and confident about the next steps.
Gave some very good advice and tips on how to stretch out the affected area. Came in and was out the door in 20 minutes or so. Dr Lee was very professional and very good with the alignment. Feeling better one day after first treatment. Looking forward to the next visit.
