Awesome!! Old school service in every way from ease of interaction, willingness to serve the clients needs, problem solving on ordering/billing/price comparisons, friendliness, positivity, etc. I'm so glad i found this office and switched from my prior provider. I told my wife to switch as well just to provide them another client and will confidently recommend this office. Everyone was nice and happy at the end of the day on the last day of the busiest month when everyone is cramming in insurance benefit appointments. Culture seems to be a value here, people above blind profiteering. Much appreciated.
This is a great office. The personnel was all very professional, polite and helpful. There was no pressuring in getting anything extra above or beyond when purchasing my glasses. The Dr. had manners was considerate of time and easy to talk to. The eye exam was done all under 30 mins. With new technology the machines used are very efficient. I would highly recommend Arden Park Optometry!
I had such a pleasant, thorough, and smooth visit at this clinic. I had recently experienced rude staff at the old clinic I was at, so I decided to switch to a new clinic before the end of the year. Not only was it incredibly convenient to book an appointment online, but when I had issues with my insurance, the receptionist over the phone was helpful and patient in helping me resolve the issue. This was also my experience in person! Everyone was so warm and kind, and all the testing was done quickly and painlessly. Dr. Paymaun was friendly, well-paced, and even walked through reading my retinal imaging with me. They send the prescription and receipt immediately over email without a hassle. Easy clinic to find and plenty of parking in the lot.
Fantastic experience at Arden Park Optometry! The assistants were super kind and helpful. Dr. Paymaun is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated that the team took their time with my appointment and addressed everything I needed. I also love that they are open 8-6! It makes life easier when you work a typical 9-5.
Arden Park Optometry is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. The staff is warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth, and they took the time to answer every question and make sure I understood my options. Dr. Asnaashari went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I’ve never had such a thorough and easy eye exam. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my eye care needs—and I’ll be referring everyone I know to Arden Park Optometry. If you want top-notch care with a personal touch, this is the place to go!
