Vanessa was great to work with and provided timely responses to our status requests. We purchased a Danae cream colored dining table. Delivery service was excellent, item was crated and packed well and our table arrived in perfect condition. The longer than expected shipping time was worth the wait! Item is very consistent to the floor model we fell in love with in store.
Anne Palermo was my sales consultant when purchasing the furniture for my new house. She was very helpful and had the ability to keep me satisfied as she worked with other customers while still making me feel like I was the only one, helping me to bring my vision to life. Prior to going in the store to make my purchases, I had never heard or Arhaus, but I will say that I am a customer for life.
