I had a great experience with Az Chimney & Ducts.. we are new homeowners and had no clue how to use or upkeep our wood-burning fireplace. AZ Chimney & Ducts were able to come the day after I called, and did a full clean and inspection for a very reasonable price. The highlight was Justin— he took an extra 20 mins to walk us through how to actually use the fireplace, what equipment we needed, special tips, etc. He was really patient and helpful. Highly recommend this company, and glad we found them.
We want to thank Jaz for an amazing job. Jaz was friendly, knowledgeable, and especially clean! Since our house is new to us, we wanted our fireplace and chimney inspected and cleaned before use to ensure safety. We just had Levi out from Arizona Chimney. It's been about 8 years since our last cleaning. I found them on google and hired them due to the reviews and they did not disappoint. Levi was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything about our chimney/fireplace and what he would be doing and how he would be cleaning. He answered several questions I had and was just so friendly and helpful. I already put a reminder in my phone to hire this company again when the time comes. I can't recommend them highly enough. Very satisfied customer!
We received excellent service from Levi. He was on time, clean, friendly and professional. This is my first time living in a home with a wood burning fireplace, and Levi took the time to teach me about proper fireplace use and safety. He walked me through the steps of using the fireplace, and referred me to a high quality local firewood supplier.
I had a problem with my dryer being completely clogged, so we called Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts on Saturday, and they were able to schedule us for Monday morning. Jaz was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic! He arrived right on time, got straight to work, and within about 30 minutes he had everything cleaned and working perfectly. Jaz was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me — including how to prevent the issue in the future and when to schedule the next cleaning. He even cleaned up after himself, leaving everything neat and tidy. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Jazz and Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts
